Community Rules

Last updated: September 21, 2026

nemosbackyard is a posting board where Party Animals fans buy, sell and trade merch with each other. The rules are simple: be a decent person, be honest about what you're selling, and don't ruin it for everyone else. Breaking them gets listings removed, accounts warned, or accounts permanently disabled.

1. Be decent

No harassment, threats, hate speech, personal attacks, or posting someone's private information (doxxing). Disagreeing is fine; going after the person isn't. This applies in DMs too.

2. Party Animals merch only

Plush, apparel, figures, pins, keychains, stickers, accessories — any physical Party Animals merchandise is welcome. Not allowed: game accounts, keys, in-game items, digital goods, services, or anything unrelated to Party Animals.

3. Be honest in your listing

Use your own photos of the actual item, not official renders or pictures from the internet. Describe the condition accurately and point out flaws yourself. Label items correctly as Official or Fan-made — passing off fan-made or replica items as official is fraud and gets you banned on the spot.

4. No counterfeits

Don't sell fakes, bootlegs or replicas as official merchandise. Fan-made and handmade items are welcome, but they must be labelled Fan-made and must not use official logos or branding in a way that misleads people.

5. Keep it legal and age-appropriate

No stolen goods, prohibited items, or anything illegal. No adult content. You must be 18 or older to use nemosbackyard; if you're 13–17 you may only use it with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision.

6. Deals are between you — protect yourself

nemosbackyard never handles money. We don't offer escrow, we don't ship anything, and we don't process refunds or disputes. We cannot get your money back. So:

• Use a payment method with buyer protection (for example PayPal "Goods & Services"). Never send "Friends & Family", gift cards, crypto or wire transfers to a stranger.
• If you meet in person, meet somewhere public.
• Be suspicious of "pay first, then I ship", prices that are too good, and sellers who only accept one unusual payment method.
• Treat account age and posting history as a hint, never as a guarantee.

7. One person, one account

One account per person. No sharing accounts, no posting on someone else's behalf, and no creating a new account after being banned.

8. Don't spam

Post each item once. Mark it Sold or remove it when it's gone. No reposting to bump, no bots, no advertising for other shops or websites.

9. Report, don't retaliate

If you see something that breaks the rules, use the Report button and the moderators will handle it. Don't organise pile-ons or call people out publicly. Filing false reports is itself a violation.

10. Moderator decisions

Moderators can remove listings, issue warnings or disable accounts without prior notice. If you think a decision was wrong, email [email protected]. We'll read it, but reinstatement isn't guaranteed.
